Q1. Who is Overflow?
Overflow is a digital solution for donating stock and cash, enabling donors to give in the way that makes the most sense for them. Donors can experience the ease of giving via stock or cash in less than 5 minutes from their mobile device. Overflow also provides givers access to a private Donor Portal which enables visibility into gift history, transaction statuses, and the ability to update connected financial accounts.
Q2. Is giving through Overflow safe and secure?
Overflow understands our responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of donors’ data and is 100% committed to securing and protecting your information when you give on our platform. To demonstrate our commitment, we comply with globally recognized data protection standards like SOC 2 Type 1.
Q3. What happens after I sign up?
Once you enter your information an email will be sent to you in the form of a DocuSign. This is a month-to-month contract between you and Overflow which will outline everything included as part of the ARC Church Planter package. Within this DocuSign you will be asked to provide your credit card details or ACH banking information to subscribe to the monthly billing plan. Next, you’ll receive an email to set up your Church Dashboard and instructions to activate stock and cash giving.
Q4. How long does it take to onboard with Overflow Stock and Cash?
We make the onboarding process as simple and easy as possible. Once you have completed the DocuSign and finished your Church Dashboard account set up, your cash and stock giving platforms will be ready within 5-7 business days. We’ll send your unique giving URLs to add to your give page.
Q5. How will I know when our organization has reached a new pricing tier?
When the total monthly volume for your organization has increased 2 consecutive months in a row beyond your current pricing tier, a member of our team will connect with you to alert you of the new billing terms for the upcoming month and answer any questions you may have. The payment information you submitted in your original contract will then be charged the upgraded amount.
